The owner of Identities, Kathleen Nielson, started the business 17 years ago out of her home in Metamora, Michigan. Sooner than expected the business began to flourish and needed more space, so the business moved to Hadley, and eventually to Lapeer, Michigan where the business has expanded to include not only embroidery but screen printing, promotional products, and a custom graphic art department. In 2003 Identities gained the expertise of Shannon Gagnon who has been a wonderful asset and irreplaceable partner in helping the business grow. The team at Identities is dedicated to giving it's customers quality that is a step above the norm and customer service that simply makes you feel that they care - BECAUSE THEY DO!!!!

I am so proud of how far we have come. I truely believe we offer our customers a definate edge over their competition by supplying them with the flexability in their logo design to encompass everything from business card layouts, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, even web page design.
