The owner of Identities, Kathleen Nielson, started the business 14 years ago out of her home in Metamora, Michigan. Sooner than expected the business began to flourish and needed more space for more equipment, so the business moved to Hadley, and eventually to Lapeer, Michigan where the business has expanded to include not only embroidery but screen printing, promotional products, and a custom graphic art department. The business is constantly growing and experimenting with new techniques and industry firsts, so it can offer it's customers the newest styles and trendiest effects out there! The team at Identities is dedicated in giving it's customers quality that is a step above the norm and customer service that simply makes you feel that they care - BECAUSE THEY DO!!!!

I am so proud of how far we have come. I truely believe we offer our customers a definate edge over their competition by supplying them with the flexability in their logo design to encompass everything from business card layouts, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, even web page design.
